REFUND OR RETURN POLICY

At Bolero Factory Outlet, we are happy to provide refund or an exchange under the following circumstances

  1. The product must not exceed 30 days from date of purchase
  2. Products must be in unused condition as to be in their original state
  3. In order to return your product. Please complete the returns order form entitled with the purchase. Furthermore, it should be done within 30 days of your purchase
  4. Please ensure to pack the item appropriately for safe delivery and post to the right address.
  5. Unfortunately, Bolero Factory outlet does not account for lost items, transit damage, or change of mind.
  6. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs for returns, exchange or change of mind cause.
  7. Alternatively, you can visit us in store for alternative options.

In case if you decide to exchange, you will be charged with the postage costs to receive the exchanged purchase. If the exchange products costs more than the original cost, you are intended to pay the difference of the purchase. If they cost less, we will refund you the difference.

If you have opted for the full refund for the return goods, they can be paid as the same method as the original transaction.
If the problem with the item is not considered as the major one, Bolero Factory Outlet will decide whether to replace, repair or refund the item.

  • Full name
  • Contact details (address, phone number and email)
  • Order number

If possible, please submit your claim via email along with photograph and the description of the damage in item. This can help to speed up the claim procedure.
